These classes never would have cemented in my heart the way it has if it wasn't for the people who've come along for the ride 💕 farewell my little life ... you will forever more be the frontrunner on my life's highlight reel 🥳

I really enjoyed our dice circuit this morning... we all got to tell so many of the different exercises that popped up exactly (and very colourfully) how we felt about them 🤣 and this was literally the last roll of the dice... so bloody funny...!!!

🔥 🔥 Yet another sweaty little dance fest with these superstars tonight 🥵 These legends smashed through 11 routines... including a line dance right at the end... and i even managed to hide my beetroot face with some hat shadow 🤣👌 I love my evergrowing little and eveytime I dance with them, my heart is happy 💕

I had an absolute blast with these superstars tonight...!!! A most fabulous brand new face and a face I haven't dance alongside for what feels like forever 🥰 was a hot and sticky one indeed but the smiles and laughs were worth every sweaty second of it 😍🥵😍 Join us next week for some more fun, fingers crossed it won't be so bloody hot 🤣👌

An absolute cracker tonight...!!! We smashed through 12 Disney routines in under an hour like the usual dancing legends we are 🥳 And of course with Hayley off sick i forgot to take a group photo, so the board will have to do 💕 i truly do love love love my days...!!! Term 4 Week 1 done ✔ and now only 7 weeks to go in 2023... so grab a friend and come join us next week as we kick off our very own with a playist dedicated to tunes of the 50s/60s/70s 🕺💃🏼
