These two have made leaps and bounds closer towards their goals and the progress shows! Both are familiar and friendly faces in the Hub that we look forward coach.

GOAT OF THE MONTH đ
Our April GOAT goes to Loz!
Loz has been an unreal community member since joining last year. So much so that this acknowledgement is overdue.
Loz says that this is as strong, fit and light sheâs been in her adult life. That statement alone is massive.
Itâs a testament to the effort Loz puts in the sessions week in and week out.
