I used to weigh 70ish kilograms. Great for taking up less space on a bench seat and getting fu$&en cold all the time.
I’m 95 kilograms now and therefore need the whole bench seat to my self and getting cold… well that still happens because I’m a p***y that way.
I’m much happier at 95kg….
• I get sick much less than I used to
• I don’t fall over in heavy wind situations
• You can see me from a distance now
• I can help you carry the groceries without my arm getting tired
• When I have to pretend to be tuff in front of some eshays on the street it’s much more believable now
Moral of the story is…
Get fit and strong because everything gets better… apart from your farts.
