Last Saturday’s birthday bash gave us a chance to dabble with some new techniques and mix it up a little.

But today, where back to what we do every Thursday!
Back to the fundamentals. Back to the basics. Repetition is key and a solid foundation will take you further than any of the fancy stuff!

One year ago, Satori Muay Thai was just an idea with a vision to build something special.

This weekend we celebrated our 1st Birthday, and a celebration it was!

We hit pads, some of us hit each other 😂, we shared plenty of laughs, we ate food, we drank coffee, and we took a moment to reflect on what this gym is really about.

We’re so grateful to every member, family, supporter and sponsor who has been part of this journey. Whether you’ve been with us since day one or you’ve only recently joined the team, you’ve helped shape the culture we’ve built together.

We’ve learned so much in our first year, overcome plenty of challenges, and continue to grow stronger every day.

Thank you for believing in what we’re building. Here’s to another year of hard work, growth, and creating champions, both inside and outside the ring.

Adding a second and third phase to your combinations is a great way to score and creates plenty of variety to keep the opposition guessing!
