Ladies Day is one week away, and we're looking forward to it. This is our chance to give back to the wider community through football, and this year we're raising money for a cause close to the hearts of some of our tigers. In memory of Hunter, we'll be raising money to support the paediatric oncology department at JHH and glioblastoma research.

We've got some fantastic prizes lined up from local small businesses, there will be a lucky door prize and face painting for the kids. Our womens teams are busy planning the menu for the day and there's 3 games off football for you to watch as well as some entertainment on the hill.

Entry fee is $10, and includes unlimited food, lucky door prize ticket and a raffle ticket. Kids come free. All money raised from entry fee and the raffle will be donated to continue research into glioblastoma and help the paediatric oncology department to keep supporting Kids going through cancer treatment.

Please join us at the tigers den on Sunday 19th July and help us raise money and support local football.

The next session in our Coach Development Workshop Series will take place from 7pm to 8pm on Monday August 2nd at Stevenson Park, focusing on Maximising Session Time at a Community Football Session.

This session will be delivered by 2025 NNSWF NPLW Coach of the Year and current Hunter Valley Football Technical Director, Joe Wright.

The session touches on ways coaches are able to utilise often short windows in a training night to maximise their outcomes.
