Our first R3 City to Bay 🥹🤍

Thank you to everyone who came along and got involved.

We are so proud of you for getting out there and doing something a little outside your comfort zone 🤍

Maybe we might bring it back bigger and better next year.

A lot of love for Beth at R3 💖

The girlies love a matchy moment 🖤🖤

She creates the absolute best classes, that have you keep coming back for more. She will push you to be your best self, with lots of support along the way. 💟

Without her the energy in the studio would not be the same.

I think if she ever left for even two weeks there would be protests 🪧 😂

Her Sat 7am advanced classes, have you shaking like you've never seen.

Clearly there's a mix of love and hate 😂

Show some love for Beth 💖

Celebrating 1 year of Prospect with some amazing people 🎂

Our beautiful angel Ali teaching our free classes this morning as a way to say thank you to our community. 🩷

We are beyond grateful for our beautiful instructors because none of this would be possible with them.

R3 is built with heart, passion, and family. It definitely wouldn't be here without these two.

Birthday celebrations aren’t complete without a few giveaways 🎁

Then of course sticking around for the chats and cake 🍰

Yumm. 🍰

Margaret decided it was time for a little birthday boogie. 💃🪩

Here’s to one incredible year. Thank you 🩷💙🤍
