Randwick City Saints AFL community club founded in 2010 based in the Eastern Suburbs - Maroubra\Malabar. Home ground is Pioneers Park, Malabar.

Randwick City Saints are an Australian Rules Football Club, in the AFL Sydney competition, based in Maroubra. We welcome both men and women of all skill levels. Teams for 2020:

Seems every time SJ pulls on the jumper it’s a best on performance. Here’s hoping that’s the case when she plays her 50th in the granny.

1.When did you start playing AFL?
2022
I played a few games with Innerwest Magpies in the 2022 season

2.How long have you played for the Saints ?
I joined the Saints in the 2023 season

3. What position do you play v your favourite position ?
I love playing in the forwards so won’t change that!

4. Favourite Saints Memory?
Warming up for the GF last year, the buzz and energy was electric, I love the excitement finals day brings no matter the result on the day that energy before hand is something very different…your surrounded by a special group of teammates with one vision and a determination to get there! Hopeing for more of that this Saturday!

5. Favourite pregame song ?
I love EDM pregame… Lioness by Swedish House Mafia is defo top of my playlist

6. What does it mean to you to play your 50th game ?
given I’d already retired from my main sports (Rugby and GAA) well before taking up AFL getting 50 game with the Saints, means an awful lot to me. For me it’s not about playing footy, it is a reflection of the people in the community that you become a part of and want to represent.

7. Favourite skill/ what would you like to improve on?
kicking straight 😂🤣

8. Personal goal outside of AFL
Travel 🧳 I love seeing the world!

9. What advice would you give to someone who wanted to play AFL, more specifically come play for the Saints?
Simple…If your thinking of playing AFL… Stop thinking and Do it!! Get down to Saints next season 😇❤️🤍🖤

1. When did you start playing AFL?
I started playing for Saints in 2023
2. How long have you played for the Saints?
This is my 4th season playing
3. What position for you play vs your favourite position?
My favourite position is the forward pocket which I get to play most games
4. Favourite Saints memory?
My favourite memory with the Saints is definitely last year’s grand final win and the celebrations that followed
5. Favourite pregame song?
Favourite pre game song (apart from Ciara’s Irish trad tunes) is Stormzy and Chase&Status - Backbone
6. What does it mean to you to play your 50th game?
It’s a pretty cool achievement to make it to 50 games and even better to line out with this great bunch every Saturday
7. Favourite skill/ what would you like to work on?
Favourite skill is winning a good mark and I definitely need to work out kicking the ball a bit straighter in front of goals
8. Personal goal outside of AFL?
Hopefully to pass my first set of specialty exams next year
9. What advice would you give to someone who wanted to play AFL, more specifically come play for the Saints?
Definitely come down to Pioneers and give it a go. It’s great craic with plenty of excuses for a Guinness and it is like a home away from home. There is always someone willing to lend a hand, no matter the issue (shout out to McNamara and Cody home removalists)

MARCHING into FINALS.

Our Women’s Seniors set to make their fifth finals appearance in five years, and defend their crown with Fordy at the helm.

Against all odds, and they wouldn’t have it any other way, our Men Division 4 side make it a hattrick of finals appearances under Kingy.

We wish both the best in the 2026 Finals Campaign.

Thank you and well done to our Men Division 2 (under Willo, Heater, and Hoops) and Women Division 2 (under Aaron Tees) sides who completed their season over the weekend.
