Thankyou to everyone that shared my passion and joy in Fantasy Fitness. The past 10 years of dancing, walks, charity events and just any excuse to get out of the house has been a blast and I feel like a complete winner for the fun we have shared. But the new year brings a new chapter for me, I have multiple sclerosis and my body has had enough. It pains me to say that the damage caused is too much for me to be able to continue my passion, fantasy fitness. Thank you to all my fantasy fitness friends for supporting me and giving me the best job ever💜 happy new year and for the last time, fun and fitness.

Hello all my fitness friends👋 I have good news! We have a diagnosis 🥳 not so good news is that I have MS. It has been a very tough couple of years with my health deteriorating rapidly but I would like to say Thankyou to everyone that came along to bust a groove or climb a mountain or get lost in a maize or watever silly other thing we could do and pass off as fitness. I have had a ball and I hope you have too. I am about to start treatment which they tell me won’t make me any better but hopefully will stop me from getting any worse. I am told that I could possibly continue dancing, I just have to wait and see how my body goes. So I will be off for I think at least several months before I can tell anything. With any luck, we will be back busting up a new kind of fantasy fitness storm before too long✨😊💜

Hey everyone 👋. Kiri is home from hospital and while she is not allowed to dance she can still drink tea 😆😆. So she is wondering if anyone would like to meet for coffee at the usual stomping grounds (Bauple Museum) tomorrow at around 10:30? 😊

This event is this weekend. Unfortunately we have had to cancel our demos and dances as Kiri is pretending to be sick so they feed her hospital food. But Kiri says to get your butt down there and get your b***y shaking and drop it like it’s hot. 🤣🤣.

Hi Everyone. Unfortunately all classes are cancelled until further notice. Kiri has been admitted to hospital and we have been told it’s going to be a long stay. Please help me spread the word. I am doing my best to make sure I let everyone know but I can’t guarantee I will get everyone. Thanks guys ☺️

Hi everyone 😊. Zumba Gold this week (16Aug) is cancelled unfortunately. I have an important appointment that Kristie says I hhaavvvveee to go to 😒 Apparently Health has to come before dancing sometimes 🙄😂😂. I think a fair compromise is, I go to the appointment this week as long as she comes dancing next week. What does everyone think 🤔 😂

HEALTH UPDATE.

3 years of being sick, we have several answers but not the one that fixes me. Essentially, my body has decided to age earlier than it should so I may not be the same young youthful and vibrant young person I once was(😜) but I do still want to bust a groove. Please bare with me when I forget the moves, I legit do have brain problems, but I would very much like to continue classes. So I may have to take it easy some weeks and I may be vague but if you can handle the new moves every week and the way off topic conversations I may have I would love to see you there too🙂
