Elara Run Club

Loved seeing so many of you at Leaf Cafe & Co Marsden Park (right next to Coles) after our parkrun this weekend! ๐Ÿ˜Š It's the perfect spot to connect with locals, meet new people, and celebrate everything from finishing the course, to new PBs. ๐ŸŽ‰ We hope to see new faces again next Saturday! ๐Ÿ’›

Itโ€™s hard to believe itโ€™s been six months since Elara Riparian Parklands parkrun first began! ๐Ÿ™Œ Before we even launched, I reached out to the local community to help bring our parkrun to life, and today I want to give a massive shout-out ๐Ÿ“ฃ to the Elara Run Club crew. Their team support has been relentless since day one!

โœจ Every single week, youโ€™ll find their members volunteering, running, or stepping up as Run Directors for our parkrun - thank you all for your commitment, and for truly embracing what's been an awesome ride so far! ๐Ÿ™

For anyone looking to level up their fitness ๐Ÿƒ beyond our Saturday morning events, Elara Run Club host early morning weekday sessions and Sunday runs. ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ Check out their page or say hello to one of the members at our next parkrun to get involved. ๐Ÿซถ

โฐ 6:30 AM
๐Ÿ“… Tuesday Morning
Start your day strong with a solid tempo session by the water. Expect steady-paced efforts, good vibes, and an energising sunrise to kick things off right.

See you there ๐Ÿ‘Š

26/02/2026

See you all tomorrow for a relaxed, easy-paced run with the focus on staying in Zone 2 heart rate.

Most watches show your heart rate, so feel free to check in from time to time to make sure youโ€™re in the right zone. A good rule of thumb: if you can comfortably hold a full conversation without feeling out of breath, youโ€™re exactly where you should be.

๐Ÿ•• Start time: 6:15 am
Weโ€™ll kick things off with a few loops around the lake (which also gives anyone running a little late a chance to join us). At 6:35 am, weโ€™ll head out toward our usual 10km route (end of Emu Pde). ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป
