Science week highlights

During Science Week, the children had lots of fun exploring, experimenting and discovering how things work!

The children made predictions, observed the changes and excitedly shared their ideas. It was a wonderful week full of curiosity, hands-on learning and lots of little “wow!” moments! 🧪🌸🌋✨

Today our room was filled with warmth, creativity, and lots of excitement as we celebrated Pyjama Day! The children embraced the cosy atmosphere while taking part in a range of engaging experiences. They enjoyed making hot chocolate, creating their own unique quilts, and find a pair of pyjamas.

This week, we are celebrating 🙌 insect Week! Throughout the week, children will explore the fascinating world of insects through a variety of fun, hands-on activities.🦟🕷️🐝🐞🪲🪳

Today we celebrated Picnic Day. The children sat on mats outside and enjoyed a nice day together. They made a list of items for their picnic baskets and took part in fun activities such as playing with a parachute and blowing bubbles. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Today, the children used their numeracy skills by counting beads and practising number recognition. They also enjoyed tracing numbers, which helped develop their early writing skills, number formation, and hand-eye coordination.
