This year’s Quicksand Australia Beach Run is about much more than reaching the finish line.

By taking on the sand at Terrigal Beach, you’ll be supporting your own physical and mental wellbeing while helping Save Our Kids from Su***de (SOKS) deliver vital suicide-prevention education and youth-enrichment programs across the Central Coast.

Whether you tackle the 2km, 5km or 10km course, enter a relay, bring the family or simply support from the sidelines, your involvement can make a real difference.
