The Hitroom is our purpose built training facility, part of Suncoast Fitness, designed to help our members achieve their weight, fitness, strength and performance goals through energising group training sessions and a strong social commumity atmosphere. The Hitroom (High Intensity Training) has been established through Suncoast Fitness in conjunction with OPC Ocean Performance Centre to help our local public achieve their weight, fitness, strength and performance in sports goals.
