What a weekend!
If you didn't know, Kurtis loves riding trail/enduro rides. Had about an 8 year break from it but feeling good getting back on the horse.
The kids and Amyee came along to supervise the situation.

These trail rides have around 700 riders at the event.
All the proceeds go to the local schools (around 37 students at Kia ora) and all the helpers/organisers are volunteers.

So it finally happened. The Navara blew it's engine, looking like the rings gave out and oil going everywhere. Had 350 hard KMs on it so I'm surprised it lasted this long.

Just sorting out the replacement ute at the moment and we will be back at it in no time.

Recalled safety switches! These have been recalled years ago but I'm still finding them.
If you have YK78 get them replaced immediately. The last one I tested set on fire.

This is a great reminder to test yours at home regardless to make sure they're still operating.
