Got into a little hammock yoga with some locals in Bali recently.
I’m in the process of setting my own hammocks up here in Scarborough. Will be doing sound healing sessions in them which will be just bliss!

This weeks adventure was climbing Logan’s ridge to summit Mount Barney.

Chasing waterfalls in Queenstown.
Completed the Routeburn falls track yesterday over 3 days and 2 nights pack hiking in South Island, NZ.

Exploring more Qi Gong in my practice this week and also exploring the Whitsundays islands.
