Hey! It has a been hot second since I have posted or taught, or practiced very much to be honest - well I did/do have my hands full with little cutie.

I am READY to GET MOVING again 🧘🏼‍♀️ So if any MUMs out there are interested in joining me for some post partum pilates to strengthen the pelvic floor, activate those abdominals and generate some yummy excercise endorphins - give me a shout! leave a comment or dm me.

I am thinking a lovely outdoor baby wearing / or not class for all levels at a time that suits ✌️
