Aerial Active

Aerial Active is our 16+ program - a chance to step away from the desk, the inbox, the everything-else, and spend an hour upside down, building strength you didn't know you had.
Whether you've always wanted to try the silks, you're after a yoga class with a twist (literally), or you just want to move your body in a way that feels playful again, there's a class with your name on it.

Tues - Aerial Yoga, 7:00-8:00pm
