For most marathon runners, we want to make our easy pace faster
And the way we do this is by consistently running easily, at a conversational and relaxed pace
The rule is 80/20
This is known as the Pareto principle
It comes up a lot in modern life but especially in running!
80% of your running should be easy
For most of us, our easy pace is actually moderate
For best results follow the 80/20 rule and make your easy pace much easier!!
