2026 Etchells Noel Paterson Corithian Cup at the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron The Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron Etchells fleet hosted the second edition of the Noel Paterson Corithian Cup this past weekend and what a spectacular weekend it was, both on and off the water.

A big thankyou to the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron race management team for getting us away on time and setting great courses at the Southern Sheet and Coil Etchells Corinthian Cup 2026.

Tomoko looking fresher after a 3 days sailing in the Southern Sheet and Coil Etchells Corinthian Cup 2026 than when she arrived after sailing against the wind from the Gold Coast to Brisbane the day before.

She wasn't the only boat to sail up. A great effort from Etchells-Gold Coast.

Congratulations to Flirtation - Jason Antill, Kane Sinclair, and Ashley for winning the Southern Sheet and Coil Etchells Corinthian Cup 2026.

Kane won the inaugural event last year as skipper. He just needs to win it as a bowman next year for the trifecta.

The Brisbane Etchells Fleet made Sailing History at Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron, Australia, on Sunday 19 April 2026 with the most competing sailors ever on one Etchells at the same time during the Southern Sheet and Coil Etchells Corinthian Cup 2026. A total of 48 sailors managed to balance themselves on the Deck and it is currently under review for the Guiness Book of Records application process.

This was supported By the Commodore, Curtis Skinner, and Vice commodore, Todd Anderson, who both took part and were aboard the Etchells "ATHENA".
