Here’s what’s on offer:
🔘 1. THE SUMMER RESET (3 Weeks)
🏆 Best for: Building a strong physical routine early in the holidays.
📅 Fridays: 24 July, 31 July, 7 August
⏰ 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
High-energy boxing/fitness conditioning mixed with elite mindset coaching to beat the holiday slump and build daily structure.
🔘 2. THE SEPTEMBER SHIFT (2 Weeks)
🚀 Best for: Blasting away brain fog and prepping for life’s next steps.
📅 Fridays: 14 August, 21 August
⏰ 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Lock in before the academic year starts. This intensive is built to help you crush the transition from education into work, college, or university. Master sleep resets, focus strategies, and how to perform under pressure.
🎒 WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
✅ 100% FREE (Fully funded, but spaces are strictly limited)
✅ All equipment provided (Gloves & pads supplied, but feel free to bring your own if you have them!)

Are you ready to test your speed and beat your own best? Next week, we’re throwing down a fun challenge and we want YOU to take part!

2 rounds of 30 seconds throwing punches on the pads.
The Aim: Beat your first score of total punches thrown. It’s you vs you!
We are running this challenge in partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham Council and the NHS as part of the Men’s Wellbeing Event.

It’s Mental Health Awareness Month -
but real change isn’t built in a month.
It’s built in the small things you do daily
Most people don’t struggle because they’re lazy…
They struggle because they try to change everything at once.
That approach doesn’t last.
If you actually want to reset your wellbeing in a way that sticks:
• Don’t do everything at once
• Stagger your habits
• Keep it simple at the start
• Stay consistent, not perfect
• Change it up when it gets boring
• Keep learning what works for you
This isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s about building something you can live with.
Start small. Stay with it. Let it grow.
