This was the theme of Aileen Sensei’s class today and Jim Shihan’s class on Thursday… we understand you can’t always manage to the dojo but when you do attend, the high level of instruction you receive at Wood Dojo gives you limitless ways to practice in your home, garden, on the beach, while you are on holiday even at work ….all you need is self discipline if you wish to improve….Gambatte ( do your best) 👊if you are truly struggling we also offer private tuition at the most reasonable cost.
