Start (Here) is our free beginner’s yoga class, held on the second Sunday of every month at Here Yoga Port Melbourne. It’s designed for complete beginners (and anyone wanting a gentle return to the basics).

We’ll cover foundational postures, simple breathing techniques and everything you need to feel comfortable walking into a yoga class. No flexibility required. No idea what you’re doing? Perfect.
