Im at the final stages of testing for my Judo membership program. It can: Track and pause memberships, set up gradings, order summary for belts based on the gradings, set up groups, email bulk/individuals based on those groups, Kiosk mode (new lead comes in, tablet given to collect info) and SMS integration. Analytics also provide a breakdown on the club motivations (weight loss? competition?/self defined) and % of how leads found the club and more.

The aim is to take away painful tasks to divert the time/energy to other places.
What repetitive admin tasks do you not enjoy while owning a club?

How do I get the colours consistent?
my settings are documented and will remain unchanged. i have 2 machines just in case 1 goes down. both requires maintaining every 2nd day.

What graphics can I put?
Anything high res, NON-AI and not rude. Make your club stand out with the club colours, like how i took the dark blue of the logo and put it on the bar. Id probably not do country related ones either. We're in a special position where i can edit anything within reason

a few of you know ive upgraded my equipment now which means patch production is even faster.
i usually match the clubs color to the top bar. I dont necessary need my logo on your patch, so you can have control over the full patch.
must it always be dark blue? it seems the ones made in Europe only allow for blue top bar and middle club logo.
ive also added dotted lines and center lines for precision placement so that the seamstress has an easier time.
get in quick - the clubs that help with the development of this will get a cost perks for the whole of 2026!

Be sure to fold the edges in, otherwise if you stitch too close to the edge, the fabric may start fraying!
