BRENDAN ENTERS THE ELITE & TAKES HOME THE WIN - Saturday night Brendan had his first Elite amateur bout increasing to 3x3min rounds and handled it with class. Banking a nice WIN! Was great to have former junior Australian title challenger Kade step back in the ropes for his first back in a while, we look forward to having him get back to his prime with activity alongside his fellow boxing team!

BLUE BOOK AWARDED | Last night another member of our Advanced Boxing class was awarded their Blue Book by our head competition coach Troy. All of our staff and fellow boxing team would like to congratulate Mohamed Mohamed Khalif for your hard work, contribution to your fellow boxing team mates and progression in your skillset. Well done mate we are very proud of you!

9AM Female Only Boxing >>> 9AM Boxing (All Levels)

Members for the next 6 weeks we are trialling the change up from the Female Only Boxing class to our Boxing (All Levels) class. This is the same class just open for all. Because of low attendance instead of cancelling the class we thought to open it up to all to attend as there has been interest shown for others to attend.

NOTE: This does not affect the Intermediate Boxing class at 9am with Coach Troy. This Class is operating as usual.
