UBL IS COMING TO

Tomorrow, Maitland will host its first ever UBL game! With the University of Newcastle Women tipping off at 11:00am, followed by the Men at 1:00pm, with plenty of local talent taking to the court, including 9 of our very own Maitland Mustangs!!! 😆🐴👏

Two outstanding honours for two players who have been such an important part of our season. Congratulations to Karlee and Hannah on this fantastic recognition and a huge shoutout to the entire Waratah Women’s squad for everything they brought to the court this season 👏

These awards are a fantastic reflection of the talent, hard work and commitment this group has shown throughout the season. A big congratulations to Priya, Kate and Charlotte, and to everyone who has been part of another great year for our Youth Women!

What a season it’s been for our Youth League Men Division 1! A group that has given our club plenty to be proud of, and today, some of our Mustangs were recognised for their outstanding 2026 season 👏

🐴 Majak Boc — Defensive Player of the Year & All Star Five Centre
🐴 Callum Wade — Coach of the Year

And Cooper’s MVP win makes it FIVE YEARS IN A ROW that a Maitland Youth League Men player has taken home the MVP award! 😱👏

A massive congratulations to our award winners, and to the entire group for an incredible season. There’s plenty to be proud of from this team, and we can’t wait to see what’s next for this group!

While this afternoon wasn't the result the boys were hoping for, from the first game, being the minor premiers, to making it through to the Semi Finals, this group has given our club plenty to be proud of! Thank you to our players, coaches, staff, volunteers and supporters for being part of the journey 🖤❤️🤍

What a season it has been for this group. To make it all the way to the Semi Finals and represent the Mustangs with so much heart, fight and determination is something every single one of these girls should be incredibly proud of 👏🐴
