Great sparring session last weekend thanks to those who attended. No sparring this weekend, see you all on Tuesday.

In place of our tournament we have some other clubs coming to our gym for sparring next Saturday 27th June from 10am-12pm, followed by a bbq. Come participate or support, hope to see you all there.

Otherwise see you back at training on Tuesday.

Sparring tomorrow @ 10.30am, parking may be limited but should be able to walk in.. then gym will be closed for the week due to the show - back on Tue 23rd.

Unfortunately Corey’s opponent failed the doctor so fight is off. There is still a good card to watch including Zac just after 2pm 👊🏽 Peter is sparring at 1pm..
