When a workout gets hard saying ‘1 more rep’ in your mind will help. But you’re not going to use it the way you think… I want you to keep saying it. Say 1 more rep, then once you’ve done that rep, say it again, then say it again. Because your body totally has this, but your mind would rather Netflix+Chill.

You could also just workout with Mel Bailey she is the most energetic workout trainer I’ve ever met!! She’ll fire you up, like you would not believe 💫 watching her in a workout is truly impressive 💪
