Great news! 🎉 The next round of Play On! Sport Vouchers opens Monday 27th July.

Applications will remain open until 18th December, unless all vouchers are claimed earlier, so be sure to apply as soon as possible.

Vouchers are valid until 18th June 2027, making them perfect to put towards your 2027 netball season.

📣 When is the best time to secure your new Play On! Sports Voucher?

Applications for Play On! Sports Vouchers will open on 27 July, with up to $200 available to help Queensland kids aged from 5-17 participate in sport.

There will be two opportunities to apply this financial year.

If you’re planning ahead for summer sport, it’s best to apply this round. If your focus is on winter sports like netball or football, you may prefer to wait for the round later this financial year.

FIRST NATIONS!
In recognition of First Nations Round this week, Saints reiterates its ongoing commitment to embracing and celebrating Indigenous culture throughout the year. Saints integrated the Indigenous artwork ‘Inclusion’ by Annie Hay into their club training singlets. By wearing these singlets throughout the netball season, our players exemplify the club’s support and acknowledgement of First Nations communities.

Annie Hay’s design was chosen for its emphasis on the significance of community sports clubs as hubs for social connection and inclusion. The design features a large circle with people surrounding it, symbolizing the team or sporting club, while four smaller circles represent the communities from which people come to participate in the sport. The inclusion of mountains and water in the design serves as a representation that individuals from all backgrounds are welcome at the club.

Let us collectively acknowledge and pay respects to our First Nations this week at netball and for the future.

Celebrating our Saints Junior State Age Representatives!💙

What an incredible achievement by our Saints Netball Club players, coaches and umpires who proudly represented Mackay at the Junior State Age Championships on the Gold Coast.

A huge congratulations to our amazing coaches, Caitlyn and Annabel, who guided the U13 Blue team to an outstanding Runners-Up finish in their division. What a fantastic result and a testament to your dedication, leadership and hard work! 👏

We’re also incredibly proud of Annie Brandon (U14 Maroon) and Eva Dolphin (U14 Blue), who were both honoured with Captain positions for their respective teams. Your leadership, commitment and sportsmanship continue to inspire the next generation of Saints players.

Congratulations to all of our Junior State Age representatives for wearing your Mackay and Saints colours with pride. Your achievements both on and off the court are something our entire club celebrates.
