To the residents of Mackay, we offer a structured program designed to initiate a 5k running regimen, with the potential to advance to any desired distance. We actively encourage all our participants to consistently pursue running, striving for improved times and greater distances. Reminder to all pilates sessions attendees. Please check the dates and unless the date falls on the 1st Saturday of the month sessions will be held at Laffos Bar & Pizzeria . IF the date is the 1st Saturday of the month the session will be at Mantra Mackay Marina

You stood out there in tough conditions, yet every runner was met with warmth, encouragement, and genuine care. What you offered wasn’t just water — it was relief, motivation, and a moment of kindness right when people needed it most. Your presence turned a challenging stretch into a place of support, and it meant more than you probably realise.
