Linking obstacles in Ninja Warrior means smoothly moving from one obstacle, bar, or laché to the next without stopping, pausing, or taking an unnecessary dead/back swing.

This method of linking obstacles is called flowing.

Who do you think flowed this line best??

Note: A big thanks to Levi for always being a great sport.

Bring the smoke and lights!!

Setting goals for a ninja competition is one of the best ways to stay focused on the course and take the pressure off performance anxiety.

Your goals can be small, like making smooth transitions between obstacles or skipping every second ring to improve efficiency. Or they can be big.

Tom’s big goal this year while competing in Harrisburg at worlds was to achieve a full clear and hit the buzzer on the 100m US Nationals course to earn the smoke and lights.

Mission accomplished.

Congratulations to Tom on achieving his goal and hitting that buzzer! 👏🔥

Check out Grace’s quarter-final run in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania! USA

After qualifying for the FINA Ninja vs Ninja World Finals in 16th place (with the top 16 progressing to the elimination finals) with a time of 50 seconds, our game plan was simple: 100% focus on small efficiency adjustments and improvements in every race to achieve a faster time each round.
Zero focus on podium results or who the ninja was she was competing against for the next race.

Those continuous small improvements carried Grace all the way through to the semi-finals, where she secured 4th place with an incredible time of 33 seconds!

A huge congratulations to Grace on her outstanding achievements at the FINA World Championships in Harrisburg:
🥈 2nd – Endurance
🏅 4th – Ninja vs Ninja
🏅 12th – Speed

Giving Grace an overall best result of 4th place! 💪🔥

How good!!

Levi has competed in the Tough Mudder infinity series.

The aim is, instead of doing the standard 15km or 5km course you get in as many laps as possible.

Levi completed 55km of grueling mud and obstacles.

Huge effort!!
