If you want stronger glutes, better balance, fewer injuries, and more athletic power — you need unilateral work in your program.
That means training one leg at a time.
Think:
• Split squats
• Bulgarian split squats
• Step-ups
• Single-leg RDLs
• Lunges
Here’s why it matters.
1️⃣ Fixes strength imbalances
We all have a dominant side. If you only train bilaterally (both legs together), your stronger side can compensate. Unilateral work exposes weaknesses — so you can actually fix them.
2️⃣ Builds real glute strength
Single-leg movements demand stability through the pelvis and core. That extra stability challenge = more glute activation and control.
3️⃣ Improves balance + coordination
Life isn’t symmetrical. Walking, running, climbing stairs — it’s all single-leg based. Training this way carries over to everyday movement.
4️⃣ Reduces injury risk
Better symmetry, better joint control, better hip stability. Especially important for knees, hips, and lower back health.
5️⃣ Builds athletic power
Most sports and explosive movements happen off one leg. Unilateral strength transfers directly to performance.
If you’re serious about building strong, confident, resilient legs — don’t skip single-leg work.
Strong isn’t just about lifting heavy.
It’s about moving well on both sides 🖤
Train smart. Train balanced. Train unilateral.

Most women don’t have “flat glutes” because of genetics.
They have flat glutes because they’ve never been taught how to actually train them.
They’ve been doing random work outs and wondering why nothing changes.
Glutes are not built by sweating.
They’re built by **progressive, intentional weight training** with proper technique.
That’s why I created **Grow Your Glutes**.
This is the exact style of training I use with my PT clients to:
✔️ build shape
✔️ build strength
✔️ fix technique
✔️ teach women how to actually feel their glutes working
No fluff.
No cardio circuits.
No “booty band burnout.”
Just proper, structured lifting that works.
This program is for women who:
• want visible glute growth
• want to feel confident in the gym
• are sick of guessing what to do on leg day
• want real results from their training
You’ll be taken through a progressive program that teaches you how to lift properly, load properly, and grow properly.
It’s like having me in the gym with you.
