Choosing a studio membership with us means community, progression and freedom.
🫶 You resonate with a teacher and our practice environment. Authentic teachers that each have their own strengths, ideas, views and voice as they hold space for you unapologetically. They speak to your consciousness and our studio helps you feel a sense of ease. You drop in when you arrive on your mat. Because you’re with your people. You trust that.
🫶 Your developing a routine practice in one discipline helps track skill improvement. You have health goals. And over time, you start to feel and notice how you’re changing. How you can do things you may not have done before. Your outlook seems different.
🫶 Your membership with Flow and Food gives you the freedom of unlimited class access for a fixed price. Access to 78 yoga and meditation classes a week. You stop worrying about where to next, how much it is or how many credits you have. You book in as many classes as you can. You start making time.

Our weekend schedule now offers you more.
Join us Saturdays at 4pm for Hatha with Yoga Nidra 🙏✨
HATHA with Yoga Nidra is a nourishing, balanced practice combining mindful, slow-paced physical postures (asanas) to release tension and build gentle strength, followed by Yoga Nidra—a deeply restorative guided meditation that supports profound physical and mental rest. Expect grounded intention, conscious breathwork and accessible asanas to warm and rinse the body. Concludes with a systematic, guided body scan and visualisation into the deep threshold between wakefulness and sleep. Leave feeling rested and calm. 😌
“What I personally love about Yoga Nidra is that it asks so little of us. We simply become still, listen and allow ourselves to be guided. In a life that constantly asks us to do more, Yoga Nidra gives us permission to stop.”
Beautifully put by our Nidra expert, Katarina Sarmalia 🫶

“The best one yet” ~ that’s what a student said this week to me after their first Restorative Yoga practice after a few weeks with the studio.
The beauty of rest practices is they support you to digest life by guiding an inner journey of peace, wellbeing and ease.
It’s through passive surrender to the present moment, that they provide you with energy, clarity and stability we all crave in such a fast paced fragmented world.
RESTORE your state of body and mind with us every Monday at 7pm 🫶
An anchor for your week ~ three visits and you’ll be HOOKED ☺️
Let us know in the comments ~ what do you LOVE ❤️ about REST practices? 🙏

YIN with Myofascial Release (MFR) 🤍
New feature class every Tuesday 7:15pm in studio with the incredibly kindhearted Jess Anjali Yogi Studio
This staple class will gently nudge you toward deep physical and emotional healing. Immerse yourself in a slow, effective pace as you explore Taoist philosophy-driven Yin Yoga postures and mindful breathing. Using props, be guided to apply gentle, sustained pressure to release tightness in your fascia—the connective tissue surrounding your muscles. Reduce pain, release stored emotions, and break down scar tissue caused by injury, stress, or poor posture.
Leave feeling relaxed and clear.
