Somewhere in this photo is Matt, our owner, doing what he has done since 2010: standing in the dirt with his crew, making sure the shell goes in exactly where it should.

He is not one for the camera, so you will usually find him at the back of the shot, tape measure in hand, quietly running a very tight ship. Fifteen years on and he is still on site for the big moments, because that is how he likes it done.
