‼️Last night the majority of our underground cable for our lights on Field 2, near Lota Creek was stolen.

This was a significant operation removing 9 x lengths of 70 meter cabling, repair bill of up to $100k that will take months to fix and affect hundreds of our players who depend on this field to play and train.

🟡⚫ Bayside United Masters Update ⚫🟡
What a great time to be part of the Bayside United family! Here's how our Masters teams are travelling:

🌟 Over 45s Div 3 — What a side! Five wins from their last five, sitting 2nd on the ladder with a goal difference of +16. They're right in the hunt and looking dangerous! 💪

⚽ Over 35s Div 5 (Black) — Solid mid-table position, well in the mix and showing plenty of fight with a positive goal difference. Plenty of season left to push up that ladder!

💛 Over 35s Div 5 (Yellow) — Working hard every week and continuing to build together as a group. The wins are there — just need a bit of consistency!

❤️ Special mention — Over 35s Div 7 — Our newest team is just getting started and we couldn't be prouder of them. Built from the ground up with support from across the entire Bayside United club, this group is growing week by week. The football community spirit at Bayside is something special — and that's what this club is all about! 🙌

Huge thanks to all our players, supporters, and everyone across the club who has helped our new Div 7 side find their feet. That's the Bayside way! 💛⚫

Bayside o45s are on a run at the moment with an initial blip at the beginning now 7 games on the trot, David Green and Stu Brown fighting for honours as top scorer.

Stu was off and celebrating what he thought was his 7th goal, only to blown for offside.

Well done to all our masters teams who are all truly off and running. Our new Div7 team having a full squad and a plentiful bench. Well done to 45s current top goal scorer (2) Stu ‘tap-in merchant’ Brown. Post your teams top scorers in the comments.

Unfortunately fields remain closed today 10/3/2026 as they are too soft underfoot following the heavy rain over the last couple of days.

All training scheduled for today is to be cancelled.
