🌀What bought you to Fosfit?
I like supporting local families in business, I like the selection of equipment, the price is fair, plus having 24/7 access has been great at certain points in my working life. I also work in Evans Head so it’s handy to have access to two gyms. I've always tried to stay fit & making a commitment to a gym membership helps me stay on track.

🌀 Current fitness goals?
I was working towards a deadlift of 170kgs which I just hit! That was within 12 weeks of starting PT with
I'm now working on a bench press of 100kgs & I'm currently cutting weight to 75kgs.

I've lost 10kgs so far, 2.5kgs to go! ✅

🌀 What helps you stay motivated?
Having my weekly PT session booked helps me stay accountable and sets my week of training up. Recording my progress on each lift, body weight & calories daily keeps me stay focused.

🌀 What do you enjoy about training with Fosfit?
I know alot of people here, there's a good choice of equipment, very accessible time wise and easy parking.
