Starting with our youngest representative Will Cheshire has a fantastic resume on the track and cross country. Will doing his first all schools nationals athletic Championships. Will is a state cross country champion with top 3 at nationals too and has also medal at state in the 800m and 1500m. Will races in the under 14 boys 1500 Sat 10th Dec Adelaide time at 5:10pm.
Next is Archie Nott. Who has a very impressive record with medals in the 800m, 1500m and cross country at state and nationals.
Archie races today at 530pm in the 800m and 1500m on Sunday
Next who also has a very impressive resume is Luca Gillard back 5 years ago here in Adelaide ran 3rd in 1500m at his first all schools national champs in the U11. This year luca won state 3000m and got second in the 1500m at all schools.
With a great record in the cross country winning state several times and all schools nationals medals 2nd 2017 Tas , 3th 2018 QLD and 3th Dapto..and this year after a break with injury ran 4th here in Adelaide a fantastic effort after only 2 weeks of training .
Luca Gillard racing the u17 1500m today 5pm and Sunday 9am in the 3000m.
And our oldest Pulsie Nathan Stanmore u18 is another pulsie with a fantastic resume winning state from the cross country to the track 800m and 1500m.
Nathan is also national 1500m champion, he was the fastest at the all schools national championship's in 800m and 1500m in his age as he was racing up an age group and finished 3rd in the 800m and won the 1500m and incredible feat.
Nathan Stanmore is back after a nice break and been training the house down over the last 4 months after having a nice 9 month break.
Nathan races today in the 1500m at 530pm then the 800m tomorrow at 1215pm .
Then on Monday we have again our pulsie and Joshua Lubke racing for Trinity in the national school competition.

TRINITY won the state title last month and both boys will lead trinity hopefully for a national title.
All 5 boys have been pulse home grown from day one.. very proud and thankful of their support, loyalty and trust to the process.

Thanks everyone for your awesome support and turning up to take part and for your donations for the Fox Run/walk 2019
Was a fun morning hitting the pavement for a well worth cause
We managed to raise $400 cash from the bibs we sold. This doesn't count those who donated on the day straight to the organisers when picking up their bib or those who did it online.
Hopefully more will take part and get involved to hit our target of $2020 next year
Big Thanks to those who bought a bib and those who turned up to run.

Hi everyone. Do you know any running paths in the area that need an upgrade? Maybe some lighting or new shared paths? Now is the time to bid for some cash to make it happen!
Likewise, if you have any other ideas for things to improve where you live - dog parks? Playgrounds? Sports facilities? Outdoor gym equipment? Lighting? Fencing? The opportunities are (almost) endless.
Applications close 15 May so now is the time to log on and apply for the funding. You'll need a local organisation that can deliver the project (like the council) if it gets the cash.
Seriously guys, you've got a very good chance of seeing something you really want get delivered. So why not have a crack?
My Community Project Applications are now open.

Save this for our last post of 2018 about our awesome junior's
We had 5 athletes take compete in Cairns this month. 4 represented at the and 1 at the
Conditions were terrible poured rained throughout the events, watching all the athletes compete and perform under these conditions was inspiring
was first up running at his first nationals u14 with a great run placing 5th and new pb 2:10:17
His and lined up in the u16 and . Kane didn't have the ideal races but still managed a respectable 11th in 2:04:87 and 14th in 4:15.43 at his first nationals
Angus had a sensational weekend with Gold in u18 and new pb 1:52:82 and Silver in 3:54.26 archived the results we worked so hard for making it more sweet . Nsw took 1st to 4th place in the 800m ! .lewiss ended our nationals campaign with a solid and inspiring run in her pet event after her prep was heavily impacted by back problems we had to go in with minimal prep. Renee still wanted to give it her best shot and still ran a credible 10:35 and 12th place. Only in Oct she ran a pb 9:51 which would have given her silver but we can't complain, Renee has had a fantastic 12 months with two national titles in the
New comer to our team competed in the with a great fast run in in 50:81
Super proud of our kids.
Thanks to all the volunteers and organizers for putting together a great event especially in the wet conditions.
Congratulations to all the kids and our athletes
Looking forward to the 2019 season...not long now
Huge thanks to our awesome sponsors for supporting our team
