We’ll have a bunch of fun activities set up, including:

🎯 Plenty of games and activities

No experience needed — just come along, have some fun and give baseball a try!

Bring your friends, neighbours and anyone else who might be interested. It’s a way to meet the Boomers family and see what baseball is all about.

⚾ *BOOMERS SQUAD TRAINING THIS WEEK!* 💜

The 2026/27 season is getting closer, so it’s time to get back on the diamond and get some of the rust off!

Sessions are targeted at what competition your child is expecting to play in this coming season, with the age ranges provided as a guide. Players who are part of a division 1 squad are welcome to attend their relevant session, but encouraged to limit their workload at this stage of the season to only attending team based sessions .

Thinking about giving baseball a go? Come down to Glover Street Sporting Fields this Thursday, 20 August and give it a try!

We’ll have a fun evening of baseball activities including hitting, fielding and baserunning — a great chance for kids to get on the diamond, have a hit, make some new friends and see what baseball is all about.

Wests Boomers Baseball Club is inviting boys and girls aged 5–16 years to our FREE Try Baseball Day!

Whether your child has never picked up a bat or already loves sport, everyone is welcome.

Baseball Australia confirms 2025-26 national participation increase The Home of Baseball in Australia. Baseball.com.au is the media and content division of Baseball Australia (BA), the governing body for all levels of baseball, T-Ball and Little League across the country.

The Emeralds took care of business this morning in a 13-3 win over Korea.

The victory guarantees a top three position in the Rockford Group and advancement to next year’s Women’s World Cup Finals.

Boomer alumni signs with the Pittsburgh Pirates!
The Wests Boomers very own Ashton Kennedy is now a professional baseball player, having signed a contract with the Pittsburgh Pirates organisation on 22-May. Trading in the black and purple for black and gold, Ashton starts his professional baseball career as a two-way player (Aussie Ohtani!) in the Rookie League for the DSL Pirates in the Dominican Summer League, a typical pathway for young international players. Ashton flies out next week in time for the start of the summer baseball season.

Congratulations Ashton - we're all very proud of you!

Congratulations to Boomers players Kye and Maddy, along with their Ryde Red Intermediate League teammates, on an outstanding State Championship run 🏆
