Balmain Junior Rugby

It was a big day of Sydney Junior Rugby Union finals action for Balmain including our Barbarians teams with Petersham Juniors Rugby Club.
Congratulations to our U10s and U13s getting through to grand finals, and U14s through to the plate finals, and hard luck to U11 and U12 White where the semis just didn’t go our way.

It was a wonderful finish to Sydney Junior Rugby Union Inner West Minis last night. Congratulations to all the players, coaches, officials and supporters for making it a season to remember.
The players also got an opportunity to celebrate the immense contribution of Phil McCrea as the driving force of Inner West Minis for so many years, playing a huge role in ensuring we are developing the NSW Junior Rugby Union Waratahs Wallabies and Wallaroos players of the future

And just like that, it’s a wrap on the regular season fixtures. Well done to all our Wolves today, and congratulations on U10, U11, U12 White and U13 through to finals and U14 through to the plate final.
A special big shout out to those playing their last game for the Wolves before moving on to bigger things.

It’s shaping up to be a big day tomorrow as our juniors play the last round of regular season Sydney Junior Rugby Union games. Good luck to all our teams, especially those chasing finals places!

It was an extra special round at Hunters Hill Junior Rugby Union last night.

On behalf of the U9 players and parents, a big thank you to Hunters Hill and also the great ref who kicked things off with a safety briefing before the game. It made such a difference to have that set the tone.

Sausages by the fire afterwards, then roasted marshmallows to finish. The kids loved every minute of it.

As our Women's Rugby Coordinator, you'll:

✅ Support the recruitment of a coach and support staff
✅ Help establish a positive and inclusive team culture
✅ Support player recruitment - we've got the connections
✅ Become a key part of our club's future
