🔧 MON’S TYRE TIP 🔧
Wrestling a tyre insert out of your wheel shouldn’t end with you swearing at it or launching it across the backyard.
Mon’s got a better way: grab a bucket (or bin, big old plant pot etc), pop your wheel on top, kneel on the tyre and let your body weight do the work. Bead breaks, insert slides out, dignity stays intact. You’re welcome. 💪
