To our swim school family 💙

Kelly and karina are at cheer and dance competitions all day today, so we may be a little slower getting back to everyone.

We will respond to any messages and phone calls later tonight or first thing tomorrow morning.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding. 🥰

Who said swimming lessons can’t be fun 🥹💦

Sometimes the biggest learning happens when our little swimmers don’t even realise they’re learning🐠💙
Building confidence, reaching, moving through the water and having a whole lot of fun along the way.

This is exactly why we love keeping our lessons playful, relaxed and pressure-free. Every little reach, kick and splash is building another skill. 🏊‍♀️✨

Learning through play is the BEST kind of learning 💦👏
Thanks for the video 🥰🥰🥰

📣 A little reminder to all our swimming families

If your child is not attending their swimming lesson, please make sure you cancel their booking.

This is really important for two reasons:

💙 Cancelling with the required notice means a make-up lesson can be added to your account.

💙 It also opens that spot up for another swimmer who may be waiting to use one of their make-up lessons.

We’ve had a few children missing their regular lessons over the last few weeks without their bookings being cancelled, which means those spots unfortunately go unused.

You can cancel your lesson directly through the booking system, or simply message Kelly or me, and we’re more than happy to cancel it for you.

We have lots of families trying to use their make-ups, so every cancelled spot really does help us fit another swimmer in. 🏊‍♀️💕

Thank you for helping us keep everything running smoothly 🐸🦭

A little reminder to our swim families 💙

If your child is unwell, please keep them home from swimming lessons until they’re feeling better.

Our instructors have already been struck down with sickness a few times this month, and unfortunately we now have another instructor down and out. 😭

With our classes running seven days a week, losing an instructor unexpectedly can make it really tricky to keep everyone’s lessons running and avoid cancellations.

We completely understand that kids get sick — especially at this time of year
We just ask that you please help us look after our instructors and our other swimming families by not bringing children to lessons when they are unwell.

Thank you so much for helping us keep everyone healthy and our classes running🏊‍♀️💙

💙 A BIG THANK YOU TO OUR SWIM SCHOOL FAMILY 💙

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to all of our wonderful swim school families for your patience and understanding as we transition through this period of growth and change.

Over the past few weeks, Al and Ingrid have been assisting more frequently in Karina’s absence as we work towards fully establishing our new routine.

We are now operating seven days a week, with Al, Ingrid, and Karina sharing shifts. This allows us to offer families greater flexibility with regular swimming lessons, as well as additional opportunities to utilise make-up lessons.

Karina will continue to be present in the pool. We are simply working to achieve the right balance to support the continued growth of the swim school while maintaining the small, personalised lessons that are at the heart of what we do.

Thank you for your ongoing support during this next stage. We truly value our swim school community.
