I probably don’t teach yin yoga in the most traditional sense. I have created a deeply calming practice that includes pranayama, meditation and gentle postures that nourish the body and soul.
The feedback I get most commonly is “this is the class I look forward to every week.”
Join me every Thursday at 5:30pm in Hoppers crossing.

Sometimes one of the most powerful tools we have is our voice. Sharing a story that changed me to help others.

This is me.
I am deeply in the messiness of being human right now and it’s not comfortable feeling vulnerable and sometimes a little out of control.
I used to hide it. I wanted everyone to believe I was perfect - or at least wanted to believe it myself.
I hold myself to an impossible standard and when I fall down, when i struggle to sit with intense sensation in my body, I immediately want it to become a problem the mind can solve.
Hello, anxiety.
I’ve carried a lot and my body was screaming at me to slow down and feel it.
Yoga is the place I come back to. It holds me and heals me, all I have to do is show up. Through the resistance. Through the fear.
That’s why I teach these practices. Not because i am perfect or because i am so sort of guru.
I teach it because i know its power to heal.
Join me Mondays at 6pm and thursdays at 5:30pm.

It’s actually hard to explain what the practice is, partly because it’s an experience that you have with it.
Most people I have worked with come away from it with the same reflections - it’s unlike anything they’ve done before. And also ask me why these practices aren’t being offered everywhere.
I can’t answer that question - but I do wonder if it’s because they don’t fit the fitness industries definition of aesthetics. These practices are not designed to be instagram ready.. they’re rooted in wisdom and deep body connection.
If you’re curious, then why not come and experience it for yourself?

I am so excited to be launching my new yoga introductory classes in August.
Even if you’ve done yoga before, I have a feeling this will unlike anything you’ve experienced before.
I will be teaching students through August practices in:
🧘🏼 Kriya
🧘🏼Pranayama
🧘🏼 Mantra
🧘🏼 Asana
🧘🏼 Meditation
These practices have lineage in Vedic and Tantrik teachings, meaning there’s thousands of years of wisdom being offered here.
These practices help reset the nervous system, release held energy and allow for deep connection with the mind and body. You will feel the difference by the end of the class.
I only have about four spots left, so if this is resonating with you, find out more via link in my bio or shoot me a DM.
