🌟Junior Stars of the Week🌟
Congratulations to this weeks Northern Rangers Junior Stars. A big thank you to INTERSPORT Launceston for helping us celebrate our amazing players each week.
⭐Lincoln - Under 14 Mavericks
Lincoln is player of the week as he had his best performance of the season this week scoring four goals and then putting his hand up to go and take a defensive position to help retain the win for the team.
⭐Leon - Under 6 Bears
Well done Leon for winning the player of the week for the Under 6 Bears. Leon played a great game gave 100% for the whole match. Congratulations Leon.
⭐Ollie - Under 5 Stingrays
Congratulations to Ollie for winning star of the week. Ollie is a strong forward and has a big kick! It's also great to see Ollie be such a great team player. Awesome work Ollie.

🌟 Northern Rangers Stars of the Week🌟
Congratulations to our junior stars for this week. Once again, a massive thank you to INTERSPORT Launceston for supporting our junior players.
⭐Sia - Under 5 Stars
Well done Sia for being awarded star of the week. She ran hard for the whole game, tried her best and never gave up. Awesome work Sia.
⭐Isaac - Under 9 Tigers
Isaac is a team player who gives 100% on that field every game. He scored 2 goals this last game! Isaac's coaches are proud of the energy and happiness he brings to every game. Go Isaac!
⭐Ollie - Under 10 Victory
Ollie received star of the week for U10 Victory for his excellent goal keeping in the first half and great intensity through the midfield in the second.

Junior Training will be on tonight - 20th August.
Goal Keeping training will also be on at 5:30pm

For the remainder of the season we will be celebrating our Northern Rangers Junior Stars of the Week. Each week coaches will be choosing players that demonstrate a great attitude, have shown improvement or who are awesome team players. A big thanks to INTERSPORT Launceston for supporting our junior players.

Congratulations to our Junior Stars of the week:
⭐Jack - Under 7 Crocs
Jack loves his soccer and has been given the nickname Little Messi as he regularly weaves through opposition defence. Jack is willing to take on any role in the team from defence through to playing up front. However, it's his ability to bring his teammates into the game with some great passing that sees him be the star of the week. Well done Jack!
⭐Hugo - Under 7 Dragons
Well done to Hugo for being awarded the Dragons player of the game. Hugo tried his best for the whole game, never giving up. Hugo was seen running and chasing the ball for the whole game. Excellent work Hugo!
⭐Everley - Under 12 Rosellas
Everley had her best game of the season on the weekend, taking everything that was practised at training on Thursday and played it on the pitch. She set up multiple players with her passes which game them the opportunity to score goals. This was awesome to see, well done Everley.

⚽McDonald's Cup results 🏆
Well done to all our teams who played in the Maccas Cup. The players should be very proud of the way the represented themselves and Northern Rangers. It has been a while since one of our teams has won the tournament and we are very excited to announce the following teams that played in grand finals this afternoon:

⚽️Macca’s Cup Update ⚽️

Congratulations to the following teams who have made it through to the semi-finals/ finals of the Maccas cup! They would love your support down at Churchill Park tomorrow.
Under 10 Victory - Div 2 Semi final, 9am
Under 10 Ninjas - Div 2 Semi final, 11am
Under 9 Lions - Div 1 Final, 10:15am
Under 9 Roos & Under 9 Tigers-Div 2 Final 12pm

Well done also to our Under 14 girls who have made the semi finals which will be played at a later date

Parking is already limited today at Churchill Park. There is also an AFL game increasing traffic in the area. Please allow enough time to arrive at your game.
