The Devils Basketball Club stands with the Jackson Ford Launceston Basketball Association and the other Association Clubs to support their new ABC program 'After Buzzer Commitment' to support an inclusive, friendly, respectful and safe environment for all our players to enjoy when playing basketball.

It’s elimination finals!!! 🏀🏀
4 Devils teams are taking to the court this week in elimination finals. We'd love to see plenty of Devils supporters in the stands cheering our teams on!

Wednesday 5th August, Division 1 Women Devils V Devils, Elimination Final at Elphin Sports Centre, Court 4 at 7:30 pm

Thursday 6th August, Division 2 Men Devils V City, Elimination Final at Elphin Sports Centre , Court 3 at 7:10 pm

Thursday 6th August, Division 3 Men Devils V City, Elimination Final at Elphin Sports Centre, Court 3 at 8.10pm

These teams have worked incredibly hard throughout the season to earn their place in the finals. We wish all of our players, coaches & team managers the very best of luck. Play hard, back each other, enjoy the moment and wear the Devils colours with pride. Go Devils! 🔴⚫

The Devils Basketball Club will be entering teams in the LBA 2026-27 Premier League (Division 1 & 2) next season (Term 4, 2026 and Term 1 2027).

Junior players interested in playing for Devils in this competition MUST complete this EOI Registration Form to be considered for a team. There will be tryouts for each age group both boys and girls teams. These are planned for Saturday 15th August at St Pats.

EOI Registrations close Sunday 9th August 5pm.

Premier League has teams for age groups ranging from U12 to U18. There will also be Division 2 grades in each age group.

Boys and girls in all age groups
Under 12 - Boys & Girls born 2016/17
Under 14 - Boys & Girls born 2014/15
Under 16 Boys & Girls - born 2012/13
Under 18 Boys - born 20010/11
Under 20 Girls - born 2008-2011

Game nights, training, fees, and coaches will all be confirmed once squads are selected and we find out details from LBA.

U12 Boys - 11.15am-12.15pm
U12 Girls - 12.30-1.30pm
U14 Girls - 1.45-2.45pm
U16 Girls - 3-4pm
U14 Boys - 4.15-5.15pm
U16 Boys - 5.15-6.15pm

2026 Senior Season Dinner! Last night we celebrated our seniors at the South Launceston Football Club (SLFC Bulldogs). What a fantastic year the club has had in the senior space and we can’t wait to see how our 4 teams in finals go this week!! Have a read about the success we have had this season on and off court.

Jack Smith in Emus Squad 🌟

Congratulations to NPP Athlete, Jack Smith on his selection into the U19 Australian Emus Squad for the upcoming U18 Asia Cup Qualifier.

Smith is among 21 athletes currently at the COE in Canberra attending the camp which runs from the 28th - 31st.

Devils to go the US!! 🇺🇸 Over the past three weeks, 6 of our senior Devils players played in US, experiencing College life and playing in front of coaches from around the country! These players were exceptional and represented themselves and our club professionally. We look forward to seeing where this journey will take them.
