The TMAC are proud to welcome Dragon Heart Karate (DHK) to the family.

DHK is a young club, founded in early 2025 by current TMAC President, Sensei James Garcia.

DHK focuses on the basics of karate, and branches out into other areas, such as full-contact sparring, and self-defence techniques to reflect real life attacks & threats.
Sensei James has also worked as a Security Officer for a number of years and brings these experiences into the syllabus of DHK, including the utilisation of restraint & controlling techniques, similar to a real life first response situations.

DHK currently runs three classes a week at the TMAC's new home, the Kings Wharf Dojo, Gleadow Street, Invermay.
