LAUNCESTON CC are 2026 CLUB CHALLENGE CHAMPIONS

Launceston take out the first Nitro Arena Club Challenge on 120 points from Beauty Point CC on 115.
3 Clubs had 3 victories but Launceston were able to be full proof on points criteria and be free of penalties
A very tightly matched competition which will no doubt grow as a great pre season hit out.
Thanks to all clubs for the investment in a great day at Nitro Arena.

NITRO CLUB CHALLENGE

A packed stadium saw 5 club teams from TCL and NTCA come together to play each other once in a modified indoor cricket format enhancing speed , flexibility, skill and strategy to see who could become the first NACC day champion as a pre season competition to promote cricket and inclusiveness.

The games were all about accumulating as many points as possible on the following criteria.
Win .. Runs…WKTS … uniform … skins
Penalties were applied for
Loss .. uniform breach … lateness … non club players … umpire abuse and losing wickets.

In the end the whole day had every game meaning something as clubs were unaware of the ladder or points situation.

The Winning club for the first year will be revealed shortly !!!!
