Bit of a what could’ve been weekend.

Good start in Race 2 but got feed wide and shuffled back to 12th. Pounding around outside the ten until, until the lock up of all lock ups put me in the gravel and out.

Race 3 started at the back, made it through 3 corners until I got taken out in a straight line….

Unfortunately we struggled with outright speed this weekend, bit a head scratcher. Through the sink at it for the last race but no luck.

Hopefully get our motor back for the bend so I have some more straight line handling.

Day one done.

Practice had a miss fire and flat tyre.

Thanks to the boys for getting it sorted and getting me back out!

Qualifying just didn’t make the most of the green and lined up 19th.

Was in the right place at the right time and went from 19th to 8th in race one.

Still struggling for speed, hopefully a tune up overnight and we’ll be good today.

Day one done!

ACL Race Series

Round 2 done!

Massive week up in the top end.

Was a tough start, but we clawed back in the races.

Race one: 10th

Race Two: 9th

Race Three: 8th

The boys at NHR did a mega effort getting the number 60 car back in the window.

Massive thanks to Nathan, Jonas, Cob, Dj, Glen, Frankie, Gav, Coop, Ryan, Stu and Karen for all their efforts.

The car is heading back to base in NSW before we head off to Perth in 5 weeks time for round 3.

New track lots to learn.

Drove slow in practice in qualifying then pulled my finger out in the race.

Finishing 10th started out of 16th

Still heaps more to find.
