Me 👋 I am that trainer and JGFIT Studio is that gym. With a kids play corner close by and a trainer that is happy to double as a kids entertainer, what more could you ask for!?

Jgfit is an intimate space where your kids can find plenty to entertain themselves, while you can focus on your training. You don't have to work your family around your gym sessions, let me work around your family!

As a parent myself, I know how hard scheduling life can be, especially when it comes to our own needs/wants.

They can join in with your session, enjoy some time in the kids area using the toys or watching movies on Netflix (kid friendly account of course 🤣) they can hang out on our couches and read a book or play on their devices or just hang out close by you while you work hard 🔥

As a bonus, I am always happy to hold and cuddle the little ones while you train and, as a side effect of who I am as a person, I will play with the older ones as though I too, were a child 🤣
