Congratulations to our Intermediate Acrobats on a wonderful 2026 NSW State Championships! Every single group showed improvement since State Trial just a few short weeks ago. Although there were some disappointments, we’re extremely proud of the effort they gave, the work they put in and the determination to keep improving.

Onwards and upwards to the 2026 National Clubs Carnival on the Gold Coast in just a few more weeks! 🍀

Congratulations to our Level 4 gymnasts on another wonderful competition at State Trial 2. All teams showed a great deal of improvement and we can’t wait to see them give it all they’ve got at the NSW State Championships in 2 weeks’ time!

A huge congratulations to all of our Level 4 and Level 5 athletes who competed in their first competition of the year today.

We’re happy to announce that every partnership has now qualified for the 2026 NSW State Championships! 🎉👏

The first competition of the season is always about shaking off the nerves, gaining valuable competition experience, and identifying those little areas that can make you even stronger. With State Trial 2 just around the corner, our athletes now have a few weeks to build on today’s performances, polish their routines, and continue growing in confidence.

We know how much hard work these gymnasts have put in over the past few months, and we’re excited to see what they can achieve as the season continues. The journey is only just beginning, and we can’t wait to watch them keep improving every time they step onto the floor.

Well done, everyone! Special mention also to Tori who stepped in at the last minute and managed to learn 7 new skills and two new routines in under a week! 💜🤍

Also a big thank you to Kate and Clare who have already finished their competition season but still came out to support the younger girls and volunteer ❤️

A big shout out to our Level 4 & 5 pair and trio who competed at the 2025 State Championships this weekend. Both groups worked so hard over the past four weeks and improved immensely since State Trial 1 just at the start of August. Both groups left it all on the floor and put down their best routines of the season. Whilst we appreciate it can be really hard and sometimes difficult to understand results in a sport where the judging is subjective and not so black and white like a sport that races the clock, we are SO proud of the effort you put in, the routines you put on the floor and above all, the maturity you showed.

Well done girls and we can’t wait to get back into the gym with you to start working on bigger and better skills!
