REMINDER!! Our FIRST EVER AGM is on tomorrow at 7pm

We’re excited to invite all our members to our FIRST EVER Annual General Meeting!

This is more than just a meeting — it’s an opportunity to celebrate what we’ve built together, share ideas for the future, and help shape the next chapter of our community gym.

This is our gym, and the more members who get involved, the stronger our community becomes.

☀️RURALFIT IS TAKING A LITTLE BREAK ☀️

There will be no RuralFit sessions from Tuesday 8th September to Wednesday 16th September.

Your challenge while I’m away — keep moving in whatever way you enjoy. It all counts!!

RuralFit sessions will resume as normal on Friday 18th September. I’ll be fresh, recharged and raring to go!!

Until then… I’ll be swapping dumbbells for cocktails 🍹😂

📢 Operating Hours Update – Saturday 5th September

Due to River Murray Netball and Football finals, our facilities will be closed from 5am – 6pm Saturday Sept 5th.

🏋️ Members can still access and use the gym after 6pm as normal.

Back to regular hours from Sunday Sept 6th 5am - 10pm.

We’ve officially hit 100 members at the Lameroo Community Gym!

What started as an idea to create a place for our community to move, get stronger and feel connected has grown into something pretty special.

Thank you to every single person who has walked through our doors, supported the gym, joined a class, had a chat or simply been part of our journey.

🏋️ Members can still access and use the gym before 7:30am and after 3:30pm as normal.

Back to regular hours from Sunday July 5th 5am - 10pm.
