What are you doing on Wednesday?
Shaping the future of tennis?
As we continue to grow and make the most of our fantastic new facilities in 2027, we're inviting members and the wider community to help shape the future direction of our club for the next five years.
As part of the City of Whittlesea's Fair Access Policy, we will be participating in a Council-facilitated Gender Equity Audit. This is a unique opportunity for our community to come together, share ideas, and help create a club where everyone feels welcome, valued, and empowered to participate.
Let's build a club that reflects our community—where equal access, equal respect, and equal opportunities are available to all.
Together, we'll explore how we can:
• Increase participation and leadership opportunities for women and girls.
• Remove barriers that may prevent people from getting involved.
• Strengthen our club culture and ensure everyone feels included and respected.
• Review our programs, policies, and decision-making processes to better meet the needs of our members and community.
• Create a stronger, more vibrant, and sustainable future for West Lalor Tennis Club.
Why Attend?
Because your experience matters.
Whether you're a player (young or mature), volunteer, parent, supporter, committee member, or simply a local resident within the City of Whittlesea, your ideas and insights can help shape the future of our club.
The more voices we hear, the stronger our club will become.
Following the session, West Lalor Tennis Club will receive a tailored Action Plan that will guide future improvements and help ensure our club continues to thrive for generations to come.
