We can’t wait to celebrate with all our Mighty Lions Family this afternoon! 🎉🏉

We’re getting ready to celebrate our roarsome 2026 Season at our Laidley Lions JRLFC Presentation Day!

📅 Saturday 19th September
⏰ Presentations start at 4:00pm

Then the fun REALLY begins! 🤩

🔫 Laser Tag
🏰 Jumping Castle
🌭 Free sausage sizzle, drink & Zooper Dooper for all players & team staff!

And that’s not all… 🎆🔥
We’ll finish the evening with an EPIC FIREWORKS DISPLAY at approximately 7:30pm to officially close out our 2026 season! 🦁✨

All our International players & siblings are welcome to enjoy the entertainment!

While the event is private for our players and members, the public are welcome to enjoy the fireworks from the perimeter of the Recreation Ground.

Let’s come together, celebrate our players, recognise our amazing volunteers and team staff, and finish the season for all our Mighty Lions! 🦁

🎆 FIREWORKS NOTICE 🎆

Please be advised that the Laidley Lions will hold a fireworks display at the Laidley Recreation Reserve this Saturday, 19 September, commencing at approximately 7:30 pm.

Nearby residents and pet owners are encouraged to secure their animals and take any necessary precautions, as the sudden noise may cause distress.

The fireworks will conclude our Presentation Day celebrations. While this is a private event for our players and members, the wider community is welcome to view the display from outside the perimeter of the Recreation Reserve.

🦁❤️ HAPPY FATHER’S DAY, MIGHTY LIONS! ❤️🦁

Today we celebrate all the roarsome dads who stand proudly behind our players, cheering from the sidelines, helping at training, kicking the footy in the backyard and always being there when it matters most! 🏉

Your support, encouragement, guidance and belief make such a difference to our young Lions. 💪

To all the dads, stepdads, grandads, father figures and mentors who help our kids grow both on and off the field — thank you!

We hope you have a fantastic Father’s Day filled with family, footy and plenty of well-deserved relaxation!
